If you find a lower, currently advertised price from an authorized BC Basic Company (With a legal business practice) or if the price at which you purchased the dropped drops within the service’s cancellation period, we’ll match it. Here’s how our best price guarantee works:

 

 

  1. You see a better price at another licensed British Columbia-based company; the company must follow all BC and Canadian government laws to qualify.
  2. Visit www.BWSinc.ca or contact Customer Care at 1-604-282-3733 to present proof of a lower price. This could be an advertisement, a printout from the competitor’s website, or a quote.
  3. We match it under the following conditions:
    • The advertised product is identical (same year, month, service type, and additional services that may be included in the price)
    • The advertised product or its price is not a “special offer” such as a bonus or free offer, private sale, marketplace seller, switch-in offer, particular order, “limited time,” “daily deal,” "door crashers," or “one of a kind,” liquidation or similar offer; after rebate price; coupon, Large numbers price; store credit or similar credit; employees get paid cash or under the table; or a price based on a competitor’s advertising error or misprint.
    • The request for price match is made at the time of purchase, in which case the lower price will be matched or within that product’s cancellation period with valid proof of purchase, in which case a refund will be provided. Any refunds will be provided using the original payment method or a store credit.

 

 

Best Price Guarantee does not apply to advertisements for subscription services, including but not limited to locked-in contracts.
